What items can I get personalized or custom?

All items that have an asterisk * with it in the title are custom items. 

As well, the Figurine ~ Ornamentz can have a name written on them if desired.

Can I pick a certain fabric hat style or color for my Figurine~Ornament?

They come random as to what is in stock BUT you may request what you'd like and we can e-mail you a photo with the available hat choices.  The material used for hats is recycled fabric in a limited number.  We usually have a few different color/style options per figurine color however may not have a large supply readily available therefore we currently don't offer "set" hat color swatches to choose from.

Can I return my item(s)?

Yup!  If it was damaged, we will replace it or refund the cost back to you.

How much is shipping?

Shipping amounts are confirmed upon checkout for orders totaling under $50.00.

Orders $50.00 and over ship for FREE anywhere in the United States.

Which shipping carrier do you use?

USPS - United States Postal Service.

Can you ship to post office boxes?

Yup!  No problem.

Can you ship internationally?

Yup!  Leave us an e-mail at contact@whimzeekinz.com for a shipping quote

When are orders processed?

Orders placed before 1 pm MST will typically be shipped out within two (2) business days following order.  We will e-mail you to let you know when your item(s) ship.
